Refund Policy
- All payments made towards subscription plans or any other services offered on https://tradeaccuracy.in are non-refundable.
- We provide digital educational content, and once access is granted, refunds cannot be processed under normal circumstances.
- In case of duplicate payments or billing errors, users must notify us within 7 days from the payment date.
- If the claim is verified, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to contact@tradeaccuracy.in.
- Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days or months of an active subscription.
Important Points to Note
- Trade Accuracy reserves the right to cancel any subscription or suspend user access if terms of use are violated.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the service unless there is a clear technical failure proven from our side.
- Users are encouraged to read service descriptions carefully before making any payments.
